While many people dismiss this movie as another spoof or blaxploitation film, it's really much more than that.  Eddie Griffin plays Undercover Brother (who I believe doesn't have a real name), a super-hero of sorts.  He's like a crime fighter for those who are being screwed over by the man.  He doesn't stop burglaries or anything, but he helps regular people in need.

When the B.R.O.T.H.E.R.H.O.O.D. is having problems with "The Man" (white man), they enlist the services of Undercover Brother to help out.  There's some sort of flimsy plot in the movie about The Man trying to make the culture more white.  They take over celebrities like Colin Powell and James Brown, and the B.R.O.T.H.E.R.H.O.O.D. is trying to stop them.

To stop the "white invasion" Undercover Brother must infiltrate a white organization to gain information.  He has to pose as a "white" black guy, and blend in.  Denise Richards plays the white girl who is sent in to distract him.  UB gets tangled up with her, and becomes dangerously too involved with the white culture.  Sistah Girl (Ellis) tries her best to get UB away from the white girl, and continue with the mission at hand.

Honestly, the plot is extremely thin and pretty bad.  That doesn't make the movie any less fun.  Most of the comedy comes from the action, and crazy dialogue.  The plot is secondary.  Just kick back and have fun watching it.  I'm glad I bought it.
