Road Trip has a
pretty thin premise, but it's a wild ride.
Brecken Meyer plays Josh, a college student who lives several states away from
his girlfriend Tiffany. When he suddenly loses communication with her,
he thinks that it's over. He decides to move on, things crazy at a
party, and he ends up cheating on her with Beth (Amy Smart). He later
finds out that she was called away for a family illness, and he feels terrible
about the cheating. To make things worse, the sex with Beth was
videotaped, and accidentally mailed to Tiffany. It's time to take a road
trip to stop that tape!
(Many
people might be scared away by the fact that Tom Green is on the box, but
don't worry. He's barely in the movie. Tom's character is the one
telling the story, and he's slightly involved. It's a great story, and a
great movie. Just stay tuned.)
Hooking up with pals Ruben (Costanzo) and E.L.
(Scott), the boys are ready to hit the road. They just need a car.
Kyle (Qualls) just happens to have a car, and even though he's nerdy, he's
invited along. The four of them take a wild ride across several states,
and have quite an adventure. Normally, I might tell you a little more
about the movie, but not this time. I'm not going to spoil any
of the details. Just watch the movie.
Overall, the movie has TONS of hilarious movies,
and it is a must own for anyone who likes comedy. Seann William Scott
(of American Pie fame) is once again a breakout character, and really tends to
make many scenes memorable. Just watch the movie. You won't be
disappointed.
