Jackass:
The Movie tells the story of a group of young men, struggling with the
pressures of today's society. ... OK, so there's no struggle, and
no pressure. Jackass is just that. It's a group of jackasses
running around doing dangerous stunts in the hope that they'll become famous.
They stunts are purely crazy, and there's a lot of action packed into an hour
and a half.
Based on the Jackass TV show, the movie is much of
the same, only on a more hardcore basis. The movie is basically involves
a series of stunts that would never be allowed on television (even MTV).
What results, is a crazy movie with dozens of laughs, but many gross parts as
well. For instance, there's a part in the movie where one of the guys
goes into a hardware store and "tests" a toilet out. While watching the
test is funny, the results (which they show) made me kind of sick. There
are several things in the movie where you'll go "I never thought I'd ever see
that." And you'll never see anything like it again. The movie is
filled with scenes you won't (and can't) forget, and it's overall worth
watching. I've got a copy in my personal collection, and it's
particularly good to watch with a group. If you haven't seen the show,
this sums it up pretty well. Check it out!
